I had some garden fencing done by this so called business,the two guys who put the fence up were pretty quick and did a pretty good job , did however have to recall them to fix one of the posts which they did.It wasn't until a week after,I noticed there was no capping on the panels for which I had paid.I rang Andrew Cox [director]and was told it would be done on a certain day.I waited in for them and nobody turned up.I,ve tried to ring them for the past three days and there has been no reply[Ithink the phone gets switced to busy or off as soon as they see who's calling.I kept ringing on the third day until they eventually answered when I told them who it was ,they said that on principle for the amount of times I rang [unanswered] I can go somewhere else.Andy is obviously an unhappy person.This comment is to advise you to go nowhere near this so called company.

i have now rung all weather fencing over 20 times and also text them stating the problem the only response i have had is (who are you and what are you talking about ) sent by text i have replied to them and rung again but they wont answer,since the last review i put on the actual post we put in has snapped off in the ground and nearly broke my builders hand causing a big gash when checking inside the post it had 2 peices off metal not 4 like it should have and the incident has now been reported,my workmen have now wasted 3 days and it has cost me labour for nothing but this is going further i dont intend to let them get away with this it is dispicable and poor quality,and for the owner to laugh about it just goes to show what they are all about

I brought 22 posts and 24 fence panels from here the posts were supposed to be 9ft but ranged from 8ft7 to 9 ft they were bent and were easily breaking the panels have nails sticking out every where and are not finished off i rung Andy to tell him off this and he said perhaps his people who work for him are blind and said i shouldn't be so bloody fussy i am now waiting to see what happens very rude man
