very poor management
I would start by saying the carers are second to none and have been great with my child. However the managers are very poor. They undercharged us for 18 months then told us we owed £700, but its the fact they got the carers to tell us not them. They have never told us how this error happened or even offered to talk face to face. We were offered the chance to pay it back over time but they then shut this brach with only four days noticed then used are advance payment to cover our debt. We were left with no nurcery and no cash to pay for a new one! All we wanted was to talk to someone!
