Takes no responsibility for failure
Mason (senior) carried out one job for our building. It was perhaps a little over a balanced price but appears to be of acceptable quality. We then approached him for a second job which he passed on to his son who trades (as we now know) independently. The son's work is atrocious and I fear that is not a surprise to the father given his reaction to the leaking roof we are facing. As I say, Ian (father's work) appears OK six months in but he feels no responsibility to his customers.
