Called them over the Christmas period to look at our boiler that had decided to stop working. Was greeted by a friendly voice reassuring us they would have an engineer here within the hour. Darren turned up in good time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave us an explanation to why the boiler wasn't working and a fair price to fix it. He sourced the part, fitted it and our boiler was back up & working withing two hours of the call. Dales got us out of a potential Christmas disaster. First class service within an industry dogged with negative reputation. Highly recommended!!!!
