We are a small local company specialising in IT solutions for small to medium sized businesses. We have been in business in the Hastings area for over 25 years, making us probably the longest established IT support provider in this locality.

We have a broad range of clients. Some have their own IT departments, using us for more specialised support, whilst others have no in-house IT expertise, relying on us for all their support needs. The growth of IT in complexity and availability has exploded in the last few years which means that many businesses rely on it but have neither the time nor the expertise to stay abreast of developments. Because we are working with computer equipment all the time, a problem which may occur only rarely with your equipment and may therefore take hours of staff time to identify and address, can often be rectified in minutes, saving your business both time and frustration.

Many of our clients have maintenance contracts, preferring this type of arrangement to enable IT support costs to be spread evenly across a year, rather than having to cope with sudden peaks of expenditure. Contracts may be purchased in 12 hour blocks which cost approximately £50 per month. Our contracts will cover most of your computer related equipment, including: PC units, Broadband installations, wireless, active network components, network cabling and printers. Although very specialised printer repairs may require third party support for which we may have to make special arrangements.
