Jacqui Matthews - 23rd June 2012 Hi Gary, Gio, Lucy and all the team, I love this place and look forward to my appointments where all the staff make an effort to get to know you and make you feel welcome. They work as a team which is a great atmosphere to be surrounded by. The physical environment allows you to step out of your busy world and relax whilst you are there. We all deserve a little pampering so why not once every few weeks? You are rewarded for being loyal and introducing other people. I can chat or just be quiet depending on how I feel without feeling awkward for doing either. I emerge feeling valued and gorgeous…. works for me!

Claire R – 20th April 2013 The whole Grove Experience was fantastic. I absolutely loved the massage chair in the chilled out and relaxing hair washing area, to the point that I almost fell asleep…..unheard of for me with the torture that’s usually the back wash basin! Gary cut my difficult, mind of its own, curly hair (equally relaxing) and showed me how to work the curl to my advantage. He spent a long time beforehand discussing style and cut and although I wasn’t having a colour, he patiently answered questions about my requirements, showing me his recommended colour choices and the best way forward for any future colour appointments. He showed me how to style and look after my new cut and what products would be best to use, all without any pressure to buy the products (which in my case will make me far more likely to purchase something). It’s quite pricey, but for the knowledge, experience and service, I think that it’s well worth it. After the appointment, my husband and I had been invited to the opening of a new florist in Eastbourne and I’m happy to say that I had many favourable comments about my hair; so many thanks Gary and the team and I hope to be back for the colour in about a month.
