I booked a holiday with Personal Travel Service Eastbourne in April 2023 I was misinformed about the costing and asked for my money back a day later. I was told my money was non refundable and £300 was with held . I’m at a loss as to how people can do this . Very unhelpful company. As are Classic holidays all have very bad reviews
