I will work with you to design a fun and interactive fitness plan filled with personalised workouts and nutritional guidelines that easily fit into your lifestyle and schedule.
Personal training sessions can take place in my private gym at Eastbourne Downs golf club or on the Eastbourne downs. You will be surprised how much you can achieve in just 1 hour. I have had fantastic results helping people change their lives and build confidence.

Build strength and endurance with high-intensity aerobic group exercises designed to push past what you think are your limits.
Sports massage, applied skilfully, is the most effective therapy for releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the musculo-skeletal system. Received regularly this may help athletes prevent injuries, which might otherwise be caused by overuse. A constant build up of tension in the muscles from regular activity may lead to stresses on joints, ligaments, tendons, as well as the muscles themselves.
I established Have a Hart Fitness with one goal in mind – building and supporting happier, healthier people in Eastbourne.
I believe in exercise as a key building block to creating better lives, but I also understand that it can be hard to find the time and motivation. This is why I pride myself on providing a friendly, encouraging and professional service.
Training is bespoke to you, to help you reach your personal goals, with access to my exclusive private gym. As a client you can also join in with the Have a Hart circuit and indoor cycling classes, and benefit from qualified sports massage to help aid with recovery and prevent injury.

Mark has helped me lose 8lbs over the last 10 weeks with personal training He has given me advice and support and devised an exercise plan that suited me perfectly Would definitely recommend

Have a Hart first helped me with my fitness after meeting Mark at a local gym. Mark advised that some exercises I was doing was not suited to me. Mark suggested a consultation, one to one session and a health MOT from that he would be able to help me achieve my targets. The results from my MOT instantly motivated me to look at what I was eating and drinking. I have always struggled in a large gym environment, feeling unsure and unconfident so Mark’s private gym is ideal for me as I feel at ease there. Have a Hart also offers diet advise and nutrition advise, so with this working alongside my new exercise regime I have lost a stone and managed to keep the weight off, however it was not weight that I was concerned about I wanted to change body shape and this has happened. I look trim, clothes fit well and I’m confident. I’m now a happy body shape, educated in what to eat and how to train to achieve my own goal. Jessica Age 34

Damian If you are like I was a year ago, then contact Have a Hart, you won’t regret it!! We set goals for me to achieve and I am very pleased with my progress. I have completed 5 km and 10 km trail runs with the Have a Hart team and achieved my main goal of completing a 10-12 mile Tough Mudder. I feel fitter and much healthier than I have done for a long time and I know that I wouldn’t have achieved it without Mark’s patience and assistance pushing me to achieve my goals.
