Unfortunately this was one of the worst life experience for me as a customer, who was buying shared ownership property. Member of staff who was serving me could not deal right way with my case. The time of conveyancing process took them much more than three months and I was asked to sign one of the most important document and make an extra payment last day evening before competition day, what was really ennoying for me. From my point of view me they seem's to care only about lucrative customers and unfortunately I did not feel like one of them.
