Rude and incompetent staff

The music was terrible the club too packed and it took an hour to get served at the bar. Went to leave and the cloakroom guy said he couldn't find my coat. A doorman and I searched the entire club and my boyfriend looked in the cloakroom and my coat was not there. The duty manager said they had 2 tickets with the same number on so someone else had my coat! Said the manager would call me in the morning but he didn't so I called and they had somehow "found" my coat so I had to travel 20 miles from Worthing to get my coat back. When I asked were it was found the woman being the bar snapped at me "I've got no idea" No-one ever apologised or explained how my coat somehow ended up somewhere other than the cloakroom or the club and then somehow turned up again. Totally unproffessional and unacceptable attitude. An absolute shambles!
