The best thing about the floating pagoda is the fact that it looks so over the top as you walk up to it. As you walk on to the board walk at brighton marina it is the first thing you see, beautiful red paint work, lovely tiled roof and moored just for you at this lovely funky marina complex. Well I do wish that it was as good on the inside too. Perhaps the day we visited was not a great one, the weather was a little windy and the boat rocked just a bit, which did put me off my food a bit. It was no fault with the food, but my stomache was non too happy. Would we go again, no, but that is not coz the food was bad, but that I am not very up with the idea of eating on water.

You'll be dining on a real pagoda here, floating in the Brighton Marina - note the boat does rock in the wind so might not be everyone's cup of (china) tea, especially during bad weather.Comfortable setting with a choice of upper and lower decks - upper has a better view.Decent menu selection and the quality of the food was very good. Prawn dishes were especially good.Very good, friendly service - there are plenty of waitresses around to serve you. Courses arrived speedily.Cost about £20 a head including wine - so value for money. The only faults were the food could have been hotter when it arrived at the table, and the range of drinks was slightly limited. Also they forgot one of our desserts!
