Tallula's is everything an English tea rooms should be...and more. It is tastefully and elegantly presented; understated without being pretentious. I spent a happy half-hour there, reading and watching the world go by. I ordered a pot of Earl Grey tea with a slice of flapjack. Despite my visit being towards the end of a busy Saturday afternoon, the staff were friendly, helpful and relaxed. When the bill came, I was surprised how inexpensive it was, considering its prime location. Highly recommended.
