Today at 9.15am I was to meet Julitte Goldring at the County Oak. I went to the mediacal centre at 9am & the receptionists were very helpful but said they had never heard of her. Consequently, after 30 minutes I travelled to work in Brighton. Juliette rang me shortly afterwardsto ask where I was. Apparently the clinic is in a junior school (childrens centre). I was unaware of this & suggest that future clients are told. Most of us would presume the clinic was held in a medical centre., especially with all the anti-smoking blurb around children. Can you please ensure your staff issue clear instructions in future. Many thanks.
