Manna (www.galaxyofvitality.com) is an organic Live/Powerfood cafe. We provide a Galaxy of Vitality in the heart of Brighton. Manna is a Juice and Smoothie bar, a Kombucha and Herbal Tea tavern, a Live food deli and a Cake and Raw Chocolate emporium.

The New Manna!
Manna is no longer a 'Raw Food Hub'. It is a friendly arts & music cafe with community space for every one to enjoy. In the basement there is a Vinyl shop selling instruments, speakers, a huge variety of music, & Vinyls from just £1! Upstairs the cafe serves all home made delicious food, pastries, focaccias, indulgent cakes, they also sell home made chutneys, local produce & locally made clothes & Jewellery. The cafe hosts a variety of workshops & events from film showings to belly dancing, - instrument lessons to debates. They serve wonderful fair trade and organic coffee and the atmosphere is really lovely. A great place to go and relax.

Manna's First Raw Food Hub
Manna is a unique new cafe for Brighton which now serves fantastically tasty and varied raw food. There are wraps, burgers, pizzas, salads and desserts like cheesecake, chocolate cake and apple pie.As well as the light and airy space for eating, there's a variedly holistic superfood and gift store.Manna also has therapy rooms available for hire, alongside an ongoing programme of events around an eclectic collection of conscious and holistic subjects.
