Carters is a retail organisation with a chain of High Street stores located throughout Sussex and widely considered to be the largest independent dealer in the South East of England and is able to offer expert advice, professional service and the widest choice of goods from most of the UK's major appliance manufacturers.

We are proud to have been voted "THE BEST WHITE GOODS STORE IN THE UK" by the ERT, considered by the industry as the most prestigious recognition of excellence.

The helpful concept of a Recommended Retail Price was abolished in September 1998 on most domestic appliances, so we calculate our selling prices by applying a competitive mark up percentage to agreed manufacturers' cost prices. Most major credit cards are acceptable, or you can pay by sending a cheque payable to 'Carters Domestic Appliances'.

We make great efforts to ensure that product details shown on this website are accurate, but like all retailers, we have to rely upon information and stock availability from the manufacturers. We are unable to offer catalogues or brochures as our products and prices fluctuate almost every day.
