Non customer appreciation
I visited this restaurant tonight without booking and was told that a table would be ready in 15 minutes so I sat at the bar and ordered a drink. Two men came in and asked if they could have a table and were given a table virtually straight away. When I challenged this I was told a "special" table would be ready shortly so I waited. Said "special" table was then given to the next non bookers who arrived!!!! I decided that this restaurant weren't interested in my business and promptly left to be followed down the stairs by the dumb waiter declaring my table was now ready. Too late I'm afraid, you only take the pee once with me!!!!
