Excellent Take Away Service and Food
We have used Ruby's Take away every since we moved to Bournemouth 10 years ago and we have always had a fast service, we have never had any problem with the quality of the food and it has always been very hot and delivery has been quicker than they have said, we have occasionally tried other Chinese take away's and the service from these and the taste of the food has been poor as everything had a taste of oil which you don't get with Ruby's all in all an excellent Take Away, please try them for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

shocking customer service!!
Have had Chinese from here for 5 years, the past 2 occasions the order has been wrong, this time the man on the phone started to moan r.e. The delivery cost in which we had paid the extra for! I then told him about our past residences we have had deliveries to and he made up that we had bounced cheques! When telling him the times at these residences (the fact they did not coincide) he simply laughed! I shall never eat from these again - a total waist of time - thanks for the fantastic customer service we received for your mistake.... NOT!!!!!!!!!
