Very helpful staff .alleays helpful and went out of their way ,when my card got declined ,i was not rewuired to leave my car there tilk payment was made ,they trusted me ,i had a problem with my bank and I teleohoned snd said I would go and pay next day ,i am extremely grateful and felt they actually cared about their customers and this I find so very rare ,thankyou to the staff an gentleman who treated me with upmost respect even tho my card got declined ,he was helpful and let me go an sort it out ,and I felt so releived for that ,thankyou so much ,miss robbie roth ,will allways use this BP station in palmerston rd north,
