I traveled to Torquay by myself, finding a very touristy place and not really what I expected from the town.But as I arrived at The Robin Hill Hotel, my holiday was just perfect. I was wonderfully welcomed from a very nice hotel owner and his family. They read all my wishes from my eyes and I was really satisfied with the service, The wonderful breakfast and the nice service at the bar. It was home from home and I felt not a bit lonely or bored. Ein wunderschönes, mit viel Liebe und Herzblut renoviertes Hotel mit viel Nostalgie. Der Besitzer bemüht sich persönlich und sehr freundlich um die Gäste. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert, sehr funktionell ausgerüstet und mit einem perfekten Badezimmer. Die Allgemein-Räume sind alle sehr einladend, bequem und schön. Wir erhielten hier das beste English Breakfast unseres ganzen England-Aufenthaltes. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, nur 5 Minuten vom Hafen entfernt, und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Es verfügt über ausreichend Privat-Parkplätze und einen kleinen aber sehr schönen Garten. Stayed August 2013, travelled as a couple
