Happy with service and shower
Did a lot of research on shower doors and opted for a Kudos. Bought from Homesupply after speaking with someone very helpful on the phone about delivery. Everything arrived as expected, really well packed and in just 2 days. Could not fault and will use again.

Customer Service
This was the first time I have purchased off the internet as opposed to buying in person. I found the staff on the phone very helpful and professional and overall I was very happy with everything. The goods arrived promptly and well packaged. I would certainly return as a customer when the need arose.

Excellent Customer Service
This was my first time using Homesupply and was extremely pleased with the level of service I received. I contacted them shortly after receiving the delivery to notify them that one of my products was damaged and that I would like a refund. They were very apologetic and arranged for a courier to collect the item from my work address. They kept me updated regularly and confirmed receipt of the return and when my refund had been completed. I would recommend them to my family and friends!

no customer service
We ordered the products for our bathroom renovation from Home Supply and were impressed with the prices we were quoted. However from the time of ordering it all went downhill. We asked to be informed when products arrived so we could check them, however this wasn't done and the first time we saw them was when they were being fitted by the installer. We had a problem with our bath, which was a manufacturing error so we contacted Home Supply as we bought from them. We were given the number of the company and left to try and deal with the company direct. We also had an issue with the shower screen and were once again left to sort the problem ourselves, with the manager from Home Supply being very argumentative and unhelpful, basically told to sort it ourselves. Would never use again or recommend.
