Cowboys

We have received a complaint from EMCAS alleging the miss-selling of an investment, purporting to have the full support of our client. It is a fraudulent claim. The client says they were cold called by these cowboys who pushed them for information on anything that could be used to make a complaint. The client said they were perfectly happy with the advice they had received, but EMCAS tricked them in to signing their letter of authority by saying they would use it to obtain some information from the insurance company and they would not even be contacting us. Their complaint is libellous and we are reporting them to the MoJ and the SFO, both of whom have previously been made aware of EMCAS's activities. We are also taking legal action against these crooks. Why have the MoJ not withdrawn their licence?
