Legal Consulting is a legal consultancy that has been providing services to business for some 14 years. We are a cost effective solution for drafting specialist contracts and policies and providing information on legal issues. We can project manage legal work and implement various different contract, policy or business document systems. We specialise in reviewing and drafting terms and conditions of business in general and specifically for working with independent contractors, data processors and third party service providers. We also specialise in the contractual and policy requirements for independent contractors including working as a “data processor" under data protection legislation. We can assist you with information security requirements, Rebecca is a qualified IBITGQ ISO 27001 ISMS Lead Implementer of ISO27001 information security management systems. About Us

Rebecca started her business in 1999 and she specialises in independent contractors ("ICs") and the Atypical Workforce and the various legal and contractual ramifications of working with this sector, including the following: Recruitment Industry, Coaching Industry, IR35 - Intermediaries Legislation, Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 and Agency Workers Regulations 2010. Rebecca is a Qualified Senior Paralegal and a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals. She has an LLB (Hons) Business Law, an LLM in International Commercial and Corporate Law with Distinction and an MSc in Experimental Psychology from the University of Sussex.

Rebecca has worked with many clients both nationally and internationally. She has also worked with organisations such as the Federation of Small Businesses; lectured at the London School of Economics; been involved with the Office of Tax Simplification; and has been accepted for publication by Bloomsbury Professional.

Rebecca also works with the Prince's Trust as a volunteer Business Mentor and assists with drafting and reviewing contracts for their businesses.
