Arrived at 6.40pm. After waiting about 5 minutes for someone to come we were evenutally given the menus and told to "take a table" and she then walked away. There was no greeting or asked if we wanted a drink while we waited. She did not actually tell us what we were meant to do (I thought we had to sit down at a table until I saw some more people waiting in another part of the room). After about 15 minutes another woman came over and asked if we were ok. We asked when we would be able to eat and she said "about half an hour". We asked why we were not told this in the first place and she said " It won't me that saw you and we are really busy". When we said we were not going to wait half an hour she said "ok" took the menus and left us. (We saw four empty tables). I visited the toilets on the way out which had a broken door and I had to push the partition to get the door to close, there was lots of hair and dirty tissues in the sink. Don't visit this place unless you have a couple of hours to spare and don't mind very rude service.
