Done some job in the past, I have paid him. No certificate has been given. Called him for another job. 2 times let me down without even sending a simple text message. Paid partly for the job and been waiting for days to get my money back. Still waiting.... Treated him with a court action if I do not get my money back in the next few days. Unreliable, and not keeping his own promises
