We invite you to stay in the English Lake District at Hilton House Guest house in Windermere Cumbria, with your hosts Jenny and Martin Bowles. This elegant Edwardian home offers Bed and Breakfast accommodation.

The guesthouse is a stunning detached Edwardian 'gentleman's' residence with woodland views to the front and back.

Windermere & Bowness are ideal villages in which to base your short break or holiday as they are in the heart of this breathtaking area. Hilton House has truly outstanding architectural features, woodwork, stained glass windows & is stylishly decorated throughout with interesting pictures, books and furniture, we also have 4 four poster bedrooms. All B&B bedrooms are ensuite.

GUEST ROOMS

The beautiful breakfast room at Hilton House B&B has a relaxing feel to it. The colours are soft and show off the stunning antique dresser, which was originally built into the scullery, removed carefully & refurbished. The room has three lovely windows one of which has most unusual stained glass. Breakfast is a real treat with a choice of cereals, juices, grapefruit, honey, marmalade, jams & marmite from the dresser. This is followed by a traditional English Breakfast, Vegetarian Breakfast, warm croissants or beans on toast. A really hearty breakfast in beautiful surroundings to set you up for the day!

We pride ourselves in making people feel welcome and comfortable when they are with us. The fantastic response we get from our guests says it all! All bedrooms have fabulously comfortable beds, colour TVs, refreshments trays,& hairdryers. All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms.
