A very disappointed to be writing this, I have used these Window Cleaners for years, not any more. I went outside to find my trainers soaking, I asked the Cleaner, could you not have moved them? A simple request! An apology and I would have been happy. He then got quite angry and said basically not his job and tole me I was too picky!! If I have been picky, that's because marks on windows were not removed, very disappointed in today's events.
