I have been going into this shop for Christmas gifts for a secret Santa for many years now, however this year, when I eventually got in -(it was closed for lunch for well over a hour) I was constantly followed around the store by a pushy sales assistant, trying to pressure me into buying things, I was made to feel really uncomfortable, and was glad to leave..... seconds later she appeared at the side door with a cigarette and a mobile phone. never again!
