Bought a Mattress and Bed Frame from Truro, have been complaining about the Firm nature even though the demonstrated Shop model was nothing like ours. Have been given lip service for the last 2 years over the problems. Now do not want to help even after buying all our furniture from them for the last 10 years which has been considerable amounts. Feel we have been used and left out to dry by the business the Truro manager was only interested in making the situation into a confrontational problem. Avoid if you want any customer service and after sales
