Nice home shame about the staff
Another home that looks lovely at first glance with a nice fresh modern feel to it and a spacious layout. A recent visit to my grandmother has highlighted a couple of problem areas. The conservatory area which has potential as a quiet zone for visiting your relations is totally ruined with alarms that ring every time residents call for assistance which just seems to be a case of bad design. After explaining the situation to the supervisor I was met with a hostile response and told that it was beyond her control. Staff training in customer relations could be an issue here and should be reviewed by the owners.
