Totally unprofessional in their approach to how a customer should be kept informed of what is going on and charge extortionate amounts for work done in an inadequate amount of time.

Shoddy
Called for an mot and was booked in for next day. When i arrived i ask how long it would take as i am 76 and can not walk far and was told that THEY dont mot the cars but take them to another garage and it would be several hours. Why the pretence?
