Did not finish work, did not provide build regulations, did not provide electrical certificates, did not turn up when he said he would, did not complete simple kitchen installation within 2 months, damaged parts of kitchen which needed replacing, did not provide plasterer as quoted, started to build kitchen on uneven floor and without plastering, went on holiday for indeterminate amount of time during the work but still took payment and demanded additional payment though no work done.
