Dissapointing
The place is in need of a good clean! The make up girl was hungover and told all sorts of inappropriate drunken antics. Her make up brushes were filthy her make up looked cheap and well used. The photo shoot all be rushed the ladies were lovely. The reviewing of the photos was very intimidating, the lady was rude and rushed through the screen.She then almost tried to bully us into buying the most horrendous photos. All in all this was supposed to be a treat turned out to be a stressful morning!! And now today Tuesday 3 days after I have a great big ulcer on my lip. Thanks! Avoid .

Dissapointed
Make up lady was very hungover and told all sorts of inappropriate stories of her drunken antics!! Brushes were old and dirty and obviously not washed!! Hair and make up was fine, photo shoot was a but rushed but ladies were lovely. The reviewing of the photos situation was very uncomfortable she was extremely pushy and rude!! This place needs a good clean dust everywhere glasses and cups left for hours. All in all this was a waste of a Saturday. Avoid !!!

Absolutely disgusting company
Got a call from one of the women at this company. She used pressurising techniques to trick me into paying for vouchers. 20 minutes later she begins demanding my bank card details, as well as my address and phone number. Unfortunately I give in and pay. Sales woman states vouchers will arrive in 3-5 days. 2 weeks later still no vouchers. Took customer services a week to reply to my email asking for a refund when it states they will reply in 72 hours. To this day I have still not received my vouchers or a refund. Absolutely appalling company. DO NOT TRUST.

Fab fab fab
I went to the middlesbrough studio last week and from the second I walked in the door i was welcomed in every way, what a great experience, I totally loved my hair and makeup (Nicky) the photographer was great! I was expecting to be really nervous but Natalie made me feel so special, I took 5 outfit changes as I really did not have a clue what to take and I got to wear them all. After my photo shoot I came down stairs and was told my pictures would be ready in 40 mins and got asked if I wanted to pop out the guy on the desk (dan) said it may be a little quicker so I just waitied as I felt really welcome and at home. After about half an hour my pictures were ready and I went to view them OMG I could not believe it was me! The lady viewing them was lovely (Jo) she put them on a slide show and explained the prices and what I could get with different packages and we then looked at them again as she went through them I couldn't bring myself to delete any I spent a fortune but I'm paying for it monthly so it was worth every penny as I just loved the whole experience. Would defo go back everyone is so friendly Thanks everyone! Only thing I regret is not taking my mum but will defo next time.

Avoid at all Costs!
My mum and sister had a voucher for this Studios which entitled us to a photo shoot and a makeover, they required a £20 deposit to make sure that we attended the shoot, we were then informed that we would receive this money back via a cheque on the day. So we reluctantly obliged and transferred it via our debit card. Our relatives had also visited the studio the day before we were planning on and were told they had to apply for the deposit back through head office, this is when we knew is was going to be trouble retrieving this money. So we rang up Flawless on the day of our photo shoot to confirm that we can get the money back via cheque on the day and they said no! Apart from the fact the makeup and hair turned out rather average and we were harassed to buy photos at an extortionate price that weren't really very good, it was a god day which basically means there was nothing good about it. Avoid this place like the page!

You get what you pay for
Me and my mum went on Wednesday 2nd oct, I wasn't really looking forward to it as I hate my photo being taken, but from the moment we arrived the girls made us feel at ease, Vicky did my hair and make up really really nice and the photographers were lovely also made you feel comfortable, I had read reviews before going so expected the selling at the end, I think for the quality of photos that you would never be able to take yourself and lovely to keep, we were quite happy paying £500 for 16 photos on 3 disks and 2 additional large printed photos, thanks flawless :-) will defiantly return

My daughter booked a photo shoot for my birthday on the 27 August 13 and were really disappointed. Everyone was really nice while we were waiting for our make-up,hair,nails to be done but once up-stairs we felt the photos being taken were very rushed.We had a long wait to see the results which didn't look to bad,but we felt pressurised into buying them by the lady showing them to us.We felt her attitude towards us wasn't as nice as when we first came in to the studio.We ended up having 16 photos on a disc which cost us £400, £200 each which we have had to do direct-debit. I showed the disc to my cousin who is a professional landscape photographer and he felt they were of amateur quality and not worth the money we paid for them.We got the disc printed out yesterday and most of our heads have been cut off at the top ! COMPLEATE RIP OFF SOMEONE NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS.

Mums disappointment
My daughter booked a "Mothers Day Package" for us and was informed it included ANY 2 6x4 photos. On viewing the photos we were told we could only have free photos of us individually and if we wanted one of us together it would cost £69, we could even have 4 photo's on a CD for a cost of £200!! My daughter (who is still in college) had booked this thinking we would leave with a lovely photo of us both together, wrong, total rip off, never again.

spent nearly 3 hours in the flawless studio what an experience it was great, you were made to feel special, the pictures at the end were stunning i would highly reccommrnd Flawless.

Disappointing
We wanted a group photo for 2 special birthdays and were highly disappointed. We were kept waiting for over 30 mins after our booking time. Nearly all the photos made us all look short and fat and we spent nearly all day there just to receive a photo that would have been better taken by my husband. The photo was only small and for extras we were told we would have to pay an extra £69 pounds. I was so upset as I said this was for 2 special birthdays. I will never make a return visit and will never recommend this place. there was no time to choose properly and we just wanted a natural looking photo so having to wait all day for that ...............

wonderful experience

this is really really great.
Absolutley brilliant, i would recommend to anyone!It's great for all ages, my daughter went for a mini-me and even got a guest and its fantstic, deffinatley worth the money, get yourself there.
