I would to complain about royal mail, they keep trying to deliver parcels in the only hour i walk my dog, i have contacted them and told them that no no-one will be home b4 12 noon each day, my only alternative was to pay for my parcel to be collected by myself at the post office, even though getting into town is a big struggle for me being disabled.They havn't tried to re-deliver it but stated on the card that it will be returned to the sender within 14 days. NOT ON A LOUSEY SERVICE, and to top that off they leave my gate open so dogs can come and shite on my lawn.

They delivered a parcel at 07.10 and as I was still asleep put a card through the door for a pick up in 24 hours. Do they call this a service? It appears that the early time is more expedient to the post office or postman than the customer. They had the cheek to leave my garden gate open too, which clearly has a sign requesting the gate should be closed due to the amount of litter that blows in. Second rate service!!
