Disgraceful staff attitude

Disgraceful RUDE attitude from male staff member 08.06.23 totally unwilling to help with parcel postage machine with abrupt uncalled for mannerisms and intimidating body language.....whilst trying to explain to him that I was partially sighted and couldn't see/use the postage machine.....he actually suggested I NEEDED to learn ?? His reasoning being as he might have other customers to tend to (customers???? what exactly was I ??). ..... Obviously implying helping me was less valuable than if another customer was to enter the shop. Very unpleasant and upsetting experience. This staff member is beyond rude, unprofessional, absolutely NO people skills, abrupt, disrespectful and totally lacking of good manners towards woman. I would like to suggest due to his lack of experience, ignorance and unlearned attitude some training on all quarters could be given.
