Harrington & Hallworth are independent jewellers owned by Peter Harrington and Alf Hallworth
We have four long established showrooms, one in Ashton-under-Lyne and two in Wilmslow and the new recently opened Manchester. Harrington & Hallworth who specialise in elite jewellery and prestige swiss watches and our sister store 'Alfred Peters' catering for latest designs in branded jewellery and watches.
Our extensive stock is gathered from around the world. Famous names from Switzerland, Italy, Germany and America, ensure we have the finest offerings possible for our clients.
The knowledgeable staff at Harrington and Hallworth are able to spend as much time with you as you need to ensure you make an informed decision on your special purchase.
We offer a comprehensive, in house, watch and jewellery repair service. Our talented goldsmiths can re-model your existing jewellery or create something from concept through to completion.

shocking - go elsewhere
an expensive watch was waterproof when sold, but "not suitable for swimming in" when returned. Now on its third repair the proprietor ignored my letter and resorted to lying in court. There's plenty of choice so go elsewhere folks.

Dear Sir, I would like to thank your staff for the excellent service that we received during our recent two visits to your Wilmslow store. My Wife has a Chopard necklace which was in need of repair and you being the nearest agent, caused our visit. Even though the necklace was purchased elsewhere, your Staff, and in particular the young man who dealt with us, could not have been of more courteous. On our second visit, on 9th. November, my Wife, who has recently been having to deal with a health scare, was looking at some rings which were in the window, the young man’s patience and understanding was exceptional. As it is her 70th birthday on the 23rd. of this month, I bought her another Chopard necklace, which was then beautifully wrapped, to be given to her on the day. My decision to buy this was entirely due to the way the young sales assistant had dealt with us, he was just so helpful.
