The company, founded in 1987, develops the software zenon for HMI/SCADA, dynamic production reporting and integrated PLC systems at its headquarters in Austria. The HMI/SCADA software offers an integrated overall solution from the sensor to the ERP. Your machines can be operated quickly and safely with zenon as HMI – even with Multi-Touch. As Process Control System, zenon ensures optimal visualization, supervision and control even in complex networks. As integrated PLC System, zenon communicates with any hardware. zenon Analyzer ensures extensive reporting in real time, which automatically processes all relevant data from automation and IT into individually configurable reports. zenon can be integrated into your Energy Management System and it supports ISO 50001 compliance. What is ISO 50001? The zenon product family can easily be integrated into existing structures as platform-independent HMI/SCADA solution. Wizards like the WinCC Converter allow for a simple transfer from other systems.

For Energy & Infrastructure, zenon ensures regulated processes in the production and distribution of energy - including secure interlocking, two hand operation and simple configuration per Wizards. In the Pharmaceutical Industry as HMI/SCADA system, zenon provides problem-free compliance to regulations per mouse click, such as with the FDA 21 CFR Part 11. In addition, project configuration Wizards as well as pre-defined symbols are provided. Food & Beverage profits from a variety of figures (KPIs) in real time, as for e.g. for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), PLMS and Multi-Touch for HMIs. zenon particularly scores in Automotive with condition monitoring, the connection to systems like ERP or PPS and supports quality management.
