I went for highlights and a colour and the so called manager chemically burnt my hair to a crisp i had to go to a other salon and gave it corrected and by corrected i meanall my hair cut off!! I am devistated 17 years expetience my ars!!!

awful mangement
I went along with my 70 yr old mother to 'Blow' hairdressers, Golden Square warrington, for a dry trim today, to be told she would have a discounted price for a pensioner of £8.99 happy with that price, she agreed then sat down and proceeded to have her hair trimmed. The hairdresser only then took the very ends off her hair, not making any difference to her hair! still too long and untidy. I asked if she could trim it a bit more, then she replied that if she took more than an inch off she would have to pay again!!another £16 as it would be classed as a cut and blow??!! wtf?? even though her hair is cut dry and no water or dryer are used! ?? when I complained to the 'pretend manager' that we would not have sat down and let her trim her hair if we knew this beforehand, he blatantly lied to my face, saying my Mother was told before she started trimming her hair! I was dumbfounded at his arrogance and disrespect for my Mother who has not lost her marbles yet! and the fact that I was sat with my Mother at the time she started trimming her hair and afterwards. I was absolutely disgusted, my Mum was upset, and when I have asked other hairdressers about this idea of charging by the inch with a dry trim, they laughed thinking we were joking! they were so shocked, one other hairdressing company kindly trimmed her hair for free, knowing how upset she was by the lack of care and awful attitude of the so called manager at Blow warrington. Never again, we now realised why the shop was empty. I am reluctanly giving them 1 star even though i dont think they deserve that! i could give minus stars!

I went in here and girl didn't take my coat, so was put on floor, no usual drink was offered, wet towel was put round my neck and left on, when l left shop l noticed my hair was wet underneath so l went back and she was very rude and said it wasn't wet, so l went hairdresser's nearby where they agreed that it was wringing wet! Terrible service from start to finish!
