Poor

Don't bother. Last year we had our aerial fitted in a new home. Prior to having the aerial fitted, I explained to the work men that our loft was higher up and quite small compared to other houses in order to warn them not to drill through the bedroom wall... yet they did anyway. They then plastered over the bedroom wall from the inside but we have since found that they didn't bother to repair the outside. In addition to this, a few months later the signal on the aerial has gone really poor even on the basic channels like bbc and channel 4, so I don't know if they have done a poor job at fitting it also. A year on, we noticed their van was parked near our house, so my we brought up the issues we had experienced. The worker acted keen that he would fix the issues and offered to come around the next day, "when ever would suit us" but guess what - he didn't show. We even gave them our number but they have still not contacted us. This company clearly do a bad job and then do not take responsibilty for their poor actions.
