This company are either stupid or incompetent. I recieved a card from Royal Mail saying a piece of mail could not be delivered because of shortfall in paid postage. Expecting amazon and other parcels I was amazed to find The Tax Refund Company had sent me a reminder with no stamp and cost me not only a 4 mile round trip to the collection office but £1.50 to collect it. I have most of the forms filled in and intended to send them of this weekend but not now and they dont answer the phone or ring back. C.R.A.P.
