Brilliant service
I wasn't even particularly looking for a new system, when Condensheat made their initial call, but decided to hear what they had to say! Everyone from my first contact was extremely informative and polite. The whole system was renewed in one day, boiler pipe work and 10 radiators. Apart from one or two areas where pipework is even neater than before there was no mess at all, the cleanest and most polite team of workers I have ever encountered, Derek and team even coped with my dog getting in their way. I now have a far more efficient heating system than previously, I didn't realise how bad the old one had become. Thank you Condense Heat,

New heating system
Condenseheat contacted me at just the right time as I was investigating a new heating system and after a visit from their Sales Exec I decided to go with them. The installation took less than 2 days to complete. The installation engineers were very professional, polite and very considerate. I have now used the heating and I am impressed. Within 10 mins of switching on the heating, the whole house is warm. I would recommend Condenseheat, very professional.

Review of Condenseheat Ltd
We had our new boiler fitted in February 2015 and have since managed to reduce our gas bill by at least 30%. The system is very efficient, and easy to use. The fitters were brilliant, nothing too much trouble and tidied up very well after themselves. We would highly recommend Condenseheat Ltd. Scotters, Staffordshire.

Very Pleased!
I had my heating system installed a few weeks ago. The sales rep, the two guys who installed it, and the office staff have been brilliant. It was all explained in detail and lots of queries answered. The installers were most hardworking and friendly. The whole thing was completed in 2 days as promised. I did have an initial problem with the controller which had to have the frequency changed due to the signal being blocked by a neighbour who had the same system. I had to call the office a few times and always my calls were returned promptly and the installers soon returned to sort this out for me. The difference in the warmth in my house has been amazing as my previous boiler was very old. Thank you all.

Totally professional from beginning to completion
Couldnt have been more satisfied with my installat ion. From the first phone call to the commisioning of the system i was kept up to date with what was going on. The surveyer advised me on the best positioning for the rads and boiler, but also listening to my concerns. The fitters were efficient, friendly and polite and .tidy. All in all a truly professional job which kept to a promised timetable. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of having their central heating updated or having a new system fitted. Brilliant Company, Initial installation was incredibly swift performed by 2 of the nicest hardworking guys you could possibly meet. The office staff are always pleasant and helpful, its a joy to call them up.... a massive change to the usual trepidation one feels when calling rival head offices. I really cannot recommend these guys 'n' gals too highly.

Brilliant very satisfied
We had a call from this company and arranged a call .We liked what Brian the salesman said and agreed to have the work done . What a good choice ! Glen and Lee the fitters worked really hard and never stopped they also worked to a high standad we were very satisf ied nothing was to much trouble and they put everything right before they left . Shame how it ended
We had a condenseheat system fitted in December 2012. The good points: Friendly company to deal with on the phone. The mess is cleaned up and removed. Timekeeping is good. The bad points: Expensive, this was said by the actual contractor who fitted the system. They don't have their own fitters, it's outside contractors. Only one bracket was used to fasten the flue in my loft which has now been classed as 'at risk' when the service was carried out. I have asked condenseheat about this but they have just ignored my emails.will update if it hear from them.

Superb experience from start to finish
We were a little suspicious when were first contacted by Condense Heat thinking this may be another one of THOSE CALLS! However, we decided to allow a representative to call around to outline the system and benefits it could bring to us. He was not pushy at all, but by the time he had finished his talk to us we were both only too happy to sign appropriate paperwork for the install to proceed. Within four days we had had our on-site visit and the complete system had been installed, checked and was working efficiently. The whole process was conducted in the most professional and courteous manner. The two installers were absolutely brilliant and worked so hard to overcome an unforeseen problem that set them back 6 hours. They were very efficient and good-natured throughout and even saved two laminate floors that might have been damaged when taken up to access the floorboards. They made-good after finishing and removed all of the old radiators, boiler and water tank. Our system benefited from additional radiators being installed and the repositioning of some to maximize our savings. We also had a power shower fitted. We cannot speak highly enough of the company and the state-of-the-art systems and components they install. Initial worries completely dissipated!

Wow what a service !!!!
I have just had 8 new radiators and a new condenser boiler installed into my house removing a 30 year+ system, by 3 amazing engineers Glen, Andy and Tony who work for Condenseheat. The job only took about 1 1/2 days and the engineers worked a 12 hour day. They were very courteous, friendly and efficient, the work was carried out with minimum fuss and everything that was moved and used was put back exactly how it was before. The boiler system is easy to use and the engineers even suggested to put the boiler in a different area to where we wanted originally, which has worked out ten times better. I would definitely recommend this company and their workforce to any of my friends, family workmates etc in the future for an amazing job well done, by some brilliant workers. Quality
I would like to put into print how impressed I have been with the quality of service and quality of the central heating system Condenseheat installed in my home. The sales representative had a relaxed approach which put us completely at ease, and the price quoted was extremely competitive. The installation only took 1½ days for nine radiators, pipework, boiler and flue in a three storey house. The flexible pipework used meant that the amount of floor boards lifted was kept to a minimum and hence the disruption to the house was minimal. The Alpha combi boiler is very quiet and the flexibility of the controller allows for a whole range of heat settings, and hot water supply is very quick. Very happy customer
I live in a 200 yr old house, as long as i can remeber its been freezing in winter, we havent been able to eat in our dinning room. That was untill i had my 25yr old boiler and radiators replaced! Fantastic fitters turned up on time cleaned up after themselves,great friendly sevice, the whole system is incredible, i now have a lovely warm house, we now eat in the dinning room!. Promise Delivered
We needed to replace our 30 year old boiler at sometime. When we were approached by Condenseheat we were a bit concerned as it was a cold call, however searching the internet we found no adverse comments so we went ahead. The Salesman promised the earth (as they all do) - easy installation, great system, efficient and cost effective - and that is exactly what we got ! All done in 2.5 days. pipes, radiators and boiler ! No mess - everything back in it's place before they left. We did have one problem, our old shower was not comparable with the new system, but this was resolved by the fitters with one telephone call to their office - they replaced the old shower at no extra charge as they said their quotation was their word - no unforeseen extras - you can't ask for more than that ! The system has been up and running now for two months with no issues and a much warmer house and instant hot water. If you are looking to replace your old system then you will find it hard to beat Condenseheat.

Very Satisfied Customer
It’s almost 12 months since the energy-efficient central heating system was installed in our home and we are still really pleased with it. The system is easy to programme and control so the house is warm when I get up in the morning and again when I get home from work in the evening. Before the system was installed the water pressure was very poor and we were considering buying an electric shower – since the installation the pressure has increased immensely and we no longer need to get a power shower. I have been thoroughly impressed with the service I’ve received from Condenseheat. I have noticed a significant saving in my monthly gas bills – during the winter months before your system was installed I was paying in the region of £100 per month, that has dropped to approximately £70 – a fantastic saving. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company to anyone who wants a reliable and cost effective way of heating their home and hot water supply.

Big Smile
Thank You to all at Condenseheat Ltd. I now have a Boiler that is A rated & should start saving me some money. Condesenheat was recommended to us by my Daughters. Dave the Sales Manager called to see what requirements was needed, after that had been done, then came the survey Engineer for final adjustments. Within 2 days the Engineers came to start work pulling my old Boiler etc out. 2 days the Install took & i did not no the Engineers where here half the time they where so good at there job. central heating installed
I have now had the new boiler, central heating and shower for a year and am very pleased with the massive reduction in costs they have made. I was amazed at the process of installation a year ago. The Sales Manager came on Tuesday and we agreed the terms. The engineer surveyor came on Wednesday and the fitters came on Thursday and it was all completed on the Friday. Excellent service.

new heating system installed
on the 10th of January 2013 my new system was installed from start to finsh i could not have been better looked after. sarah called me on the monday to ask a few questions she was very friendly and arranged for David to call on me the following day he was very informative and not at all push he explained the system took a look at my 2o year old combi boiler and prehistoric radiators and very old shower (ran from electric) .After a long disscussion I made the decision to go for it ,Weds the surveyor called measured up and within one hour i was looking forward to a whole new system at a price i could afford. John and Jake arrived on Thursday at 8.00 promt and work commenced they left me at 6.00 pm and you would not have known they had been here , my house was left so tidy work was finished on the friday and the system was all in place and so easy to use I had 8 radiators new condensing boiler and a new shower all done within 2 days fabulous . I would highly reccommend condenseheat to any one who will listen to me thank you and the service was brilliant.

Savings already
Dear Alan Monk On 14 and 15 November two of your engineers replaced my creaky 20-year-old central heating and hot water system with a Condenseheat fuel-efficient system, and I’m delighted with the results. Cindy came to see me first, and was clear and thorough in her explanations of what would be involved, both on the practical, technical front and with regard to finance. If I hadn’t understood, she’d have stayed until I did so that I could make a properly-informed decision. She brought no pressure to bear at any point: refreshing! The very next evening the Lead Engineer, David, toured the house, measuring up as he went; and the morning after that, at 08:00, we were launched. David and Andy worked quickly and efficiently, were polite and friendly, and cleared up after themselves thoroughly both on the first evening and when they’d finished the job. They took all the scrap away with them, as promised. Because David had seen when he inspected that I had a gas fire already, he wasn’t too worried when they discovered that their van was missing the two fan heaters they usually leave overnight. However, when I said I’d never actually used the fire, they checked it out – and discovered that it was badly leaking carbon monoxide; so onto their usual work schedule they added disconnecting the fire and making it safe. I was considerably relieved! The heating is a dream! The controls are easy to understand and set, and the rooms are kept to just the degree of toasty-warmth that you choose. In addition to the main thermostat, each radiator has its own temperature-sensor for even closer control. The hot water, again, is easily controlled with indicators on the boiler to show what’s happening and when; and if it can’t be called quite instantaneous in the bathroom (inevitably: the old hot tank was almost next-door; now there’s a run of pipe just up from the kitchen), it certainly is at the sink. Hot and cold water both enjoy mains pressure, which has advantages. The radiators, powder-coated, will never need redecoration. I’m delighted with my purchase. I have a heating and hot-water system I feel I can trust, at reasonable cost; I’m equally pleased to be doing more for the environment; and I’m looking forward to reduced energy bills. The saving, as years pass, promises to be considerable. Many thanks for offering me the opportunity to achieve all these things. 22 January 2013 I’ve just heard from my energy supplier, EDF, that because my energy usage doesn’t conform to my Direct Debit payments, my account is £60.78 in credit; and with effect from 8 February, future energy payments will fall from £62.91 to £50 a month. That’s a real result! If I’m still so much in credit come spring, I shall ask for a cheque and use it to pay off a bit more of the cost of my wonderful new system. - Val Gaize

Happy Customers!
Our experience started with a phone call from Jessica asking about my central heating system and introducing Condenseheat. I was a little reluctant at first and said that I would like to look at the website before I committed to anything. When Jessica called back a couple of days later we arranged for the rep, Tony to visit. When Tony arrived he started by saying that if at any time we wanted to stop because we did not want to take if further then just to let him know. We have to say that Tony was very passionate about this system and was extremely knowledgeable. He did not need a crib sheet which was very impressive! He explained how our old back boiler, which was over 20 years old, was not cost effective and was using a lot of gas. Needless to say we agreed to have the system installed When the installation team visited to survey the property they were very courteous and helpful in explaining what was going to happen and we agreed an installation date. The team arrived at the stated time and immediately started installing the new system. They stated that it would take them 2 days and it did! They even tidied up after themselves! I have to say that once we figured out how to work the wireless timer we have been very pleased with our new system. The boiler is so quiet you can’t even tell that it is on! Thank you Condesneheat!

That is what we call Service
A friend recommended Condenseheat, but as this was a complete new system we were a little wary, however we need not have worried. From start to finish it was the complete, professional but friendly service. They clearly explained what we would be getting how they intended to fit the system, all without any of that pressurised sales talk. The installation was completed on the day and afterwards you would not have known they had been working there at all - apart from it being extra nice and warm I have no hesitation in recommending this company if you are looking for a firm who is willing to go that little bit further to provide a great service for their customers

Problem solving
I would recommend this company. Having dexterity problems, the shower caused some problems. They did however reasearch showers and have managed to replace it with the perfect solution. I am so happy with the shower now. Also the heating has improved so much.

condenseheat do exactly what they say they will do. I must be one of the most house proud people that i know i cant stand to see pipes wires and any mess so when i had a new cental heating system fitted i was very surprised on how clean and ifficient the instalation team was (glen and partner) they respected my wishes and property over all the whole experience from the telephone call to the end product was second to non i would definately recamend condenseheat to any body i know who want any aspect of heating done

Good old fashioned service
Condenseheat did EXACTLY what they said they would do. I have lived in my house for 50 years and have never known it so warm. The whole process, from initial survey to the system being up and running took just five days, with the actual installation taking only a day and a half!!! Service With A Smile
No fuss, No Mess, No Stress - from start to finish the whole experience lasted just 6 days. Day 1. Telephone call : people always warn you about 'cold callers' but this sounded too good an offer to pass up. Day 2. The rep visits and explains everything simply and clearly - so we sign up Days 3 the surveyor calls and discusses where the boiler and radiators will go. He carried out a water pressure test and informed us that the pressure may be too low for a condense boiler butthey would try to fix the problem (at no extra cost) Day 4 + 5 my husband and I start to wonder if it's all too good to be true Day 6 8am the engineers call, they fixed the water pressure problem. They worked right through until 7pm and then asked if we would mind them staying behind to complete the job. At 9pm the job was finished and everything was up and running and the house was as good as when they started. My only query was gas safety sent the certificate with the wrong address on , but one very quick call to Condense Heat and the matter was resolved I received the correct Gas Safety certificate in 2 days. The system was installed in August and I have not had a single day where I regretted getting it. I have heard other people complain after they had central heating installed saying it wrecked their decoration/carpets etc and the house was left in a mess ...maybe they should have used Condense Heat I would highly recommend this company - They are a great bunch of friendly and professional people.

First Class Company Throughout!
I found choosing and installing the Condenseheat system for our water and central heating system a great experience. Not only was it chosen, surveyed, installed and working in four days;yes I did say four days; there was no mess or rubbish to clear up afterwards! The installers were the most punctual, focussed, and pleasant workmen I have ever had in my house. The office team too, were extremely efficient and courteous and willing to answer any questions. If only all companies were as particular in providing such good service and high quality products!

Fantastic!
I was dubious at the first phone call thinking 'oh yes, you are in the area' - I have heard that before but as I was worried about the age of my boiler and heating system (35 years) I would let them call. The wisest decision I have made in a long time - a nice man came to explain the system and what it entailed. Everything explained in the clearest terms. Then came the promise of two days to install everything! And they did! And the engineers were charming, helpful, clean, tidy and efficient. In just less than two days I had a new system and was back to normal. I can't thank Condense Heat enough.

Warm and efficient!
This house was built by my Great Grandfather in 1892, nothing special a Victorian semi. We moved here in 1988 to look after my Mother who resisted any changes so for years we made do with electric storage heaters! After Mother died aged 95, we started to revamp a bit, everything we did seemed to cause more work than expected so when we chose Condnseheat to install central heating the family were extremely dubious not to mention scathing about their claim that they would only take two days to complete the work. They had to eat their words because that is what happened, the team were really great from preliminary consultation to installation. Last winter we were warm and it was so nice to be able to turn on the instant heating during the most miserable days of this, so called, summer not to mention the bliss of constant hot water!! I would wholeheartedly recommend the company to anyone who is contemplating a new heating system.

This company deserve the highest praise!
Recently we found ourselves in desperate need of changing our old worn out boiler system. After looking around at various companies we spoke to Condenseheat. The rep came to see us one evening and explained about the products and the savings that could be had by installing a new boiler. Like most people we had a budget in mind and after listening to the information we were given we asked the price as most people would. I was absolutely surprised at the low cost we were quoted. After further discussion we got onto the subject of replacing the existing (but very old) central heating system. The rep (adrian) took a good long look around our property and gave us a new price to include the central heating and to replace our shower unit. I was again stunned at the low price quoted. After thinking things over for a few days we once again contacted the company to say that we would be very interested in having them come and do the work. To my surprise an installation date was given us for the very next week. Brilliant! The team that turned up to do the work (Mick & Ash) were fantastic. They were professional, hard working and left no mess or rubbish when they finished the installation the following day. I was amazed as I expected to work to take a lot longer than it did. Even the carpets had been hoovered! I cannot praise these guys enough for the work that they did. Since the installation we have seen a huge reduction in the amount of gas we are now using and the cost savings are truely stunning and just as we were told they would be. If anyone needs a new boiler or central heating system I would suggest that they stop wasting time searching around for companies and just head for Condenseheat. A great job very well done and the cost was amazing. I cannot praise these guys enough!!!!!

New Energy Efficient Heating
When we needed a new central heating boiler last year, we were very fortunate to have received a leaflet from Condenseheat. We looked at just replacing the boiler but as our system was 20 years old decided to compare costs for a boiler and a new system. New system costs were very good and we were never pressurised in any way. We went ahead - the installation took 3 days by a very efficient team. No problems and they cleared up very well. On leaving we were fully briefed on the system. After nearly a year we have had no problems with the system and will be having a maintenance conducted by Condenseheat very soon. The new boiler has resulted in a decrease in our gas usage. The experience with Condenseheat (knowledge, personnel, product etc) has been very good and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent Service
Condenseheat were brilliant from beginning to end. When a friend told me about them I was really happy to have a recommended company to call but to be honest they sounded too good to be true. They weren't! My expectations were high because my friend had so much enthusiasm about the company but she was absolutely right. The whole process was painless and FAST! Between my first phone call and the installers leaving my house was four days. All done in four days! Incredible. Tony arrived day 2 to talk me through the process at bang on six pm, and there is nothing that man doesn't know about heating! His dedication is pretty remarkable, but I didn't feel at all pushed into a decision because he doesn't work on commission. He just knows that his product is superb so I guess it's not too hard to sell it. Day 3 the installation team arrived after a long hard day of work and a long drive. They were courteous and fast and shot round my house effortlessly, clearly very experienced but also friendly. They asked about what I wanted and explained the job. Day 4 the team arrived on time and was straight to work. They were considerate and courteous again, and when I asked them to watch out that my kitten didn't get under the floorboards they were happy to oblige and kept him in the lounge all day, even though it wasn't their job to take care of my cat! I had recently put down new carpets and I was worried about them getting ruined but there was not a speck left in any room. They laid sheets down and put trays under the old radiators. At the end of the day one of the installers picked up a box which was already broken (by me), and when the bottom fell through he was so apologetic. I told him to leave it but he wanted to clear up the whole house and didn't want to leave a mess at all. He borrowed a bin bag to put the contents of the box into and tidied it away. Every little gap was plastered over and every external pipe was covered up. At the end of the process I was shown the new boiler, all of the instructions and the new digital computer control. They wouldn't leave until I understood the new system. I didn't think I needed new radiators, I would have just bought a new boiler, but I'm so glad I did invest in the whole system (the price of which was comparable to just a new boiler from British Gas). I didn't realise how rubbish my old radiators were until I got new ones, and there is real peace of mind to know that the whole system is clean and new and that none of the rubbish or rust from the old radiators will be travelling into a brand new boiler. I've saved £30 a month simply on boiler insurance, and even though I haven't received a new bill yet and I have only just moved in, I know that the new system is just so economical and will save me a lot of money on my bills. The team is only a phone call away, you are never put on hold or in a queue, they are so friendly and helpful, and when I did call up with a question a technician called me back within five minutes to talk me through the query. Problem solved. I really can't recommend Condenseheat enough. They are not too good to be true, they are just good. Really good!

massive bill reduction
We had our 7 radiator system completely replaced last October. Condenseheat were not the cheapest but we are so glad we went with them. The installation was painless and, when we did have a few teething problems, they were sorted straight away. Dealing with Karen at the office was a pleasure and she stayed true to her word. Our bills have dramatically reduced (it was even a bit of a treat looking at bar charts of our gas consumption on the British Gas website!). We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Super!
I was very cautious about ripping out our 30 year old system - goodness knows why! With the new system we have no creaks, squeaks or taps when the heating comes on, the efficiency is incredible, the positioning of one of the radiators was changed to benefit the room and every room is warm! A very polite, helpful, hardworking and genuine company that I would be happy to recommend to anyone. The installation team tidied, vacuumed, filled holes and left everything as they had found it. Wonderful.

My wife decided that we should update our central heating and proceeded to research the market. After much deliberation, she called Condenseheat Ltd and arranged for a salesman to call. A very polite chap pitched up, explained what was involved and the benefits of the system. Our minds made up, or rather my wifes' mind made up and that was that. Naturally we chose the coldest day in November to have the system installed and three brothers from the Midlands turned up on our doorstep bright and early. Despite the language difficulties ( we live in Surrey), we managed to converse and very soon a brand-new boiler, new piping and 12 gleaming radiators were waiting to be installed. It was a two day job, but hot water was available at the end of the first day, and by 5:00pm on day 2 we were waving goodbye to a very friendly, efficient bunch of chaps. I would unhesitatingly recommend Condenseheat Ltd for two very good reasons; firstly they did what they said they were going to do, no hassle, no quibbling. Install new boiler, pipes and radiators and leave the place as they found it. No argument there. Secondly, when we subsequently dealt with the Stockport office, over an issue which turned out not to be their problem/fault, we could not have asked for better service. As I said, it was not their province, but they bent over backwards to help us out. I would be delighted to be a reference for Condenseheat Ltd and to speak to anyone who is considering using their services – a fine company with excellent employees, who do what they say they are going to do!

After looking at energy efficient central heating systems we dropped on Condense Heat of Stockport, after having a visit from one of their Sales People we decided to go ahead and have the full central heating system fitted although it seemed a little more expensive to similar systems on the market the company seemed to sell itself. On the day of the fitting although we had an old system in the house with an old copper tank in the bathroom and our current boiler in the kitchen, we were told by the company to not even move any furniture at all as the fitters would do it for us! At 8am 3 fitters turned up and got to work immediately, they very efficiently went about their work each having a separate task to carry out, all the old system was removed and replaced with the new boiler now filling the space left by the tank in the bathroom, now freeing up valuable wall space in the kitchen. Each of these fitters were polite and very hard working, and all my partner and me had to do was make a few brews, hoover up at the end of the day and go and cash in the scrap metal which netted us £42!!l All furniture was moved and replaced by the team. Since installation in November 08, the new system has transformed our lives! Its too hot sometimes!! No worries just pick up the handy remote and turn it down. This system is so simple and efficient and all correspondance with the company has been of a first class nature, customer service at its best, it's a revelation to discover in these times of ridiculous call centres in foreign countries, were you spend an hour on the phone and achieve nothing!! Condense Heat are well recommended, my partner and I can't speak highly enough of the whole package, even my 18 yr old daughter now turns the heating off in her room!!
