Dallas Set
Unfortunately my dallas rattan dining set arrived with a scratch but I am nonetheless delighted with the service from Brays. The customer service I recieved was second to none. Very helpful and understanding staff who gave me lots of options for resolving the problem. Thanks!

5pc rattan cube set in mix brown
Took delivery of my 5pc rattan cube set yesterday. It looks fantastic. We'll definitely do business again in the future.

Awful customer service
We ordered garden furniture in April and paid £800 being the full payment. We were advised that delivery would be 4 weeks. After hearing nothing from them, we telephoned and were advised that the furniture was in a container and just needed sorting. Again, we heard nothing for 2 weeks and had to chase them. This time we were told that all of the furniture in the container was damaged and would have to be replaced and would be delivered shortly. Called at the store and was advised that it would be a further 5 weeks before the furniture would be available. At this point, we cancelled the order and obtained a refund. Awful service. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!
Bray's Furniture Ltd in Stockport are a complete "let down". Ordered over £2000 worth of furniture on a 3-4 weeks delivery, took full payment with order. Received part order 6-7 weeks later and balance over 3 months later. We notified the company on the 1st delivery that a chair was damaged and needs replacing. We are still waiting for this replacement. The company currently has a "Satisfied" CCJ listed on their credit record. Terrible service, dreadful attitude. Order and pay from this company at your peril.

Great company!
We had been looking in stores for ages and had not seen anything we liked or thought was value for money. I haven't bought furniture online before as I have always worried about not seeing it first but would now recommend this site to anyone. This rattan furniture is really well made and looks good too

Dreadful experience: don't recommend
I ordered four items of furniture from Brays - 3 items on a 1-4 wk delivery and 1 on a 5-8 week delivery. Cash was taken up front and then I didn't receive any of the product for 9 long weeks.Constant chasing, total disorganisation with its supplier (hinted to us that there was some issue with Brays paying their supplier apparently and deliveries were on hold..), totally un-bothered attitude during and since to the dreadful level of customer care. I had seen the same items with another retailer and wish I had bought from someone else. Be very wary before parting with your money with this company.

I am so impressed with Brays. I cannot fault anything from the minute I ordered to the delivery men who brought my gorgeous bravo 4 seat rattan cube set today!
