Avoid at all cost

Both John and Tabatha don't like to pay their bills, we as a company have bent over backwards for them only to be told lie after lie about the non payments of our invoices. We've asked everytime is there anything more we could do? John's answer was nope were very happy with the service. So why don't you just pay then? Months went by and the invoices were promised but alway failed, John would elude paying blaming Tabatha for having control over the finances. He would then disclose it was the suppliers fault for asking for 18k to settle an invoice, which left them broke. John would refuse to pay the £50 carriage/ delivery fees on products pre paid for by customers and would go himself to collect the items customer had paid for in advance. As a company both John and Tabatha are slippery people, they think hiding in the house which sits opposit the shop while staff look red faced when they are asked to pay an invoice is acceptable. Several staff have now left deeming the working conditions unbearable. John and Tabatha you need to get a grip and pay your way.
