the navigation is a traditional pub outside of the town centre. it is tucked away and more of a locals drinking house. it is old school and traditional with a reasonable choice of beers. it is hard to recommend as a place to visit especially, but it serves it's function and is popular with it's local clientelle. the staff are welcoming, if a little gruff, and the locals are friendly and chatty. parking is on the street. the decor is a little out dated and functional, but i have seen worse. there are limited bar meals on offer which offer good value for money, but not a gastronomic feast. a reasonable place to pop in for a drink if you are in the vacinity but not one to go out of your way for.
