DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!

WARNING DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Signing a contract with The Coupers Partnership was the biggest mistake I ever made, they tried to charge me large amounts of money for business rates reductions that they never made and when I contacted them they were abusive and threatening. Their attitude is pay up now or well start court proceedings immediately. Read and understand the small print in their contracts very carefully, especially the part that says they are entitled to payment for any reductions made for any reason. To cut a very long story short we ended up in court and The Coupers Partnership were ordered by the judge to pay back the money they had falsely charged me which they refused to do, it took many months of chasing and numerous bailiff visits before I got my money back. I have been amazed at the lies they have told to try to get out of paying back the money they falsely charged me. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
