Nestled on a hillside in the Cheshire village of Rainow, The Robin Hood Inn is a charming rural pub on the outskirts of the Park District National Park. Open all day every day, the beamed restaurant serves a home-cooked menu of British favourites amidst cosy, traditional surroundings. Children will enjoy petting the miniature ponies, giant rabbits and pygmy goats kept in the field behind.
the robin hood inn is located outside of macclesfield on in the countryside offering amazing views. it is a traditional country pub which offers good local beers and a pub menu. parking is available in their car park. it is poular with walkers and local people who like to play pool and have a pint. the food is cheap and reasonable quality, but not all fresh. the beer is well kept and the staff are friendly and welcoming. the local crowd are frienddly and it is usually pretty quiet, except at a weekend when it becomes more lively. a good choice for those who want a quiet drink in traditional surroundings without any pretention or trouble. it also has a pool league and various other events on offer on various days in the pub.
