Central Heating Installations

Alans Gas Services offer free consultation service and quotation for any type of system. All systems we install, are designed for the individual dwelling and the appropriate form of hot water delivery system fitted - for example unvented, stored or combi.

NB - As of April 2005, all gas boilers must be of the condensing type whether they are combi or conventional. In some circumstances, there is an exemption procedure.

Boiler Installations

Alan's Gas Services Ltd offers a free consultation service and quote for any type of boiler required and Manufacturers warranties of up to 5 years are also available on some products - ask Alan for details of these guarantees.

Boiler Repairs

It is recommended that all gas appliances are serviced annually. We at Alan's Gas Services Ltd carry out annual servicing to all types and makes of gas appliances and boilers.
As well as annual service visits, we also operate a reliable and friendly breakdown and repair service with prompt call out.

Gas safety and Landlord checks

All Landlords have a legal obligation to have all gas appliances in rented property's checked on an annual basis.

Alan's Gas Services offer a house buyer check on all gas appliances, for additional peace of mind.
