Le Rocquier school

Where to begin? To be honest it's difficult to imagine how this school could be any worse while staying in what is legally allowed. Every teacher besides 2-3 are appaling. One (David star) left school for many months during the final half of the school year. Thus severley damaged his classes chances of doing well in their GCSE exams. In hindsight I can tell you that every member of his class failed or under achieved enormously. It was well known that Le Rocquier school was regarded as the worst school on the island. However in 2006 Richard Rolfe came in and "turned it around". Mr Rolfe was an exceptional headmaster, however not even he could change the school, due to lack of quality staff and decent funds. A new building was built, of which the schools poor standards "attempted" to hide behind (high emphasis on the word "attempt.")I think it is worth mentioning that the building itself was effectively a portacaben. You could literally kick a whole in the wall(which incidently happened many, many times"
