Awaiting parcel
According to the tracking number my parcel is at the depot where it has been since 3 July. All attempts to find information have proved fruitless. Like previous reviews I cannot get information from customer services. all that happens is you speak to a robot who I think has blown a fuse. The whole situation is so frustating and i have given up.

Crap couriers working for Hermes
Been told my parcel being delivered today ,phoned up Hermes Peterborough my local depot only to be told that they have no contact details for couriers as woman that delivers around WARBOYS and Ramsey in Cambridgeshire can not be bothered to deliver parcels and does not leave calling cards or anything and if she don't want to deliver then you have to wait till she wants to deliver then herself which can be anything around four days late even though customers pay to have same day delivery .NO BODY HUMAN ANSWERS 0344 6443593 & HERMES PETERBOROUGH STAFF SO ARROGANT AND RUDE AND NOT BOTHETED AT ALL .After all its us customers that give you so called Hermes people a wage and you all don't deserve a penny with way Hermes treat customers

Missing BreadMachine
Customer Service like its department is non existant.going round and round in circles.It would appear my Machine has been sitting just outside Sleaford for the last three days awaiting delivery.

GHOST COMPANY
THIS ORGANISATION HAS NO CONTACTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR HAS IT AN ALTERNATIVE TO ENABLE COLLECTION BY CUSTOMERS. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A PARCEL WHICH NEVER ARRIVES AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ORGANISATION.

Frustration with delivery failure
I needed to contact Hermes as my parcel had not arrived - when Amazon and Hermes websites insisted it had been delivered yesterday. I ws sent round in circles on both websites but when i contacted the only local number for Hermes I was told (rather rudely) that they were not a customer service centre and they gave me a CS number. That number simply referred me back to the Hermes website! VERY frustrating not being able to talk to an appropriate person. I would not use Hermes if they were the only carrier on earth. Unfortunately I don't have a choice when ordering from Amazon. Why does Amazon insist on using a carrier with such low customer review ratings?
