Buyer Beware
Don't fall for the 30 years in business marketing promo, this company is a serial liquidator (official sources state company liquidated in 2006, 2009 TWICE since our 2005 contract with them) so 10 year warranty claim is useless. After a disastrous installation (I won't even go there!) of £13k poor quality product - we have no warranty or recall for the 5 units we have had to replace from 5 months after installation to now. (1 x shattered unit, 1 x cracked unit, 2 x "blown" units, 1 x door unit filled up with 5 cm of water). Also, 2 x external door handles, 7 x internal catches have had to be replaced. We thought we would have at least 10 years peace of mind now feels like we are sitting on a time bomb, just waiting for the next unit to go......... which they are doing on a regular basis...
