Public House situated at Town Bridge Peterborough on the River Nene in an old Dutch Grain Barge serving many real ales & ciders, complemented by a full service Pan Asian restaurant on the upper deck and a very large riverside beer garden.
Lovely downstairs pub with a fancy restaurant on the top level. On solid ground they have an attached garden with plenty of seats. Last week they had a free festival in memory of Mark Randall who was a musician who frequented the bar. The festival was a fundraiser for the Sue Ryder Care foundation. Lots of events always happening at this place, I highly recommend you try it out :)

This is a bar with a difference, it is a refurbished barge. Charters is the name of the bar in the hull of the boat, it is quite spacious, with a bar running about 3/4 of the length of the vessel. They stock spirits and lagers, but are best known for their wide range of well-kept ales. They also regularly host live music events, from Blues to Rock. The upper deck of the barge is a Thai restaurant called "East" it is a little pricey but the food is lovely.
